We employ various technologies on our website (cee-sim.com). Some of these are first-party technologies we control, while others are third-party technologies managed by other organizations.
How We Ship
We do not ship ourselves. Instead, our suppliers who are based all over the world, ship to you directly. We also do not set shipping costs. Our suppliers do.

Shipping Method
We use a standard shipping method, which is neither fast nor slow, but is the most cost effective. Shipping times – how long it takes to ship – depend entirely on what is going on in the world. So, if a product ships from Europe, and you are in Europe, it generally takes 5 – 8 days to arrive once the product has been created. If you are in Europe and the product comes from the US, then it can take anything between 10 – 30 days before it arrives. This is generally the rule of thumb insofar as shipping times and how long it takes to get to you are concerned.
How Shipping Costs Are Determined
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of each product, as well as its shipping location. To make it easier for you, we’ve established flat rates for each item. These rates reflect the actual costs to ship the product from the supplier to you.
In most cases, the shipping cost for every second product is lower. This makes it more affordable when purchasing multiple items. However, some products, such as heavier or more delicate items, may have a higher shipping cost due to their size or fragility. For example, items like glass cutting boards typically have a full-rate shipping fee because of the extra care required in their packaging and shipping.
We’ve also divided the world into 5 shipping zones, with a 6th zone for the Rest of the World. Each product is assigned a flat rate specific to its zone, so you’ll know exactly what to expect at checkout. This ensures you’re paying a fair and accurate shipping cost based on where you’re located.
Free Shipping Offer
We want to offer fair and tiered free shipping based on your location. Here’s how it works:
- €85+ for the US
- €100+ for Europe
- €125+ for New Zealand and Australia
- €150+ for Canada and the rest of the world
Since most products ship from the US, followed by EU, and then other locations, these thresholds help ensure the free shipping offer is both fair and sustainable for everyone.
